The 14th and 15th September 2012 played host to the Wiltshire Wooden Spoon annual Trevose Golf Weekend. Sam Evans, from the Wooden Spoon Wiltshire Marlborough area committee put together the below summary of the weekend.

On July 14th 2012 the 'Wooden Spoon Playground' was officially opened at Hop Skip and Jump in Swindon by Gloucester and England player Andy Deacon. Andy was joined by local political figures including Robert Buckland (local MP), Nick Martin from the Swindon Borough Council, and the Swindon Mayor, Mick Bray.

Following on from the London Offices' incredible launch of the Strutt & Parker Ball Tour at which over £22,000 was raised, the giant rugby ball is well on it's journey around the country's regional offices.
