Wooden Spoon operates by raising funds for charitable projects in your local area, and we are committed to our philosophy that every pound that is raised by a community should be spent on projects IN that community.

This principle is driven by our regions and their regional committees. The British Isles are split into over 40 regions with each one having its own active volunteer committee. These committees and their regional Wooden Spoon members drive all of the fundraising efforts in your local community to raise the essential funds needed for improving the lives of children in your local area.

We're incredibly proud of the work done by our regional committees, but they continue to rely on local support to increase their fundraising potential.
