The London Marathon - 22nd April 2012

Possibly the most revered marathon in the World. 26 miles covering some of the most famous landmarks in London. Do you fancy taking part in the single biggest annual fundraiser nation-wide? Spoon has a couple of Golden Bond entries left for the 2012 London Marathon. We ask everyone to register their interest at the Spoon Challenges website and also to apply for the public ballot so we can maximise the number of Spoon runners.

The Four Peaks - 28th-30th June 2012

This is Spoon's most popular challenge and is one of the toughest physical challenges you could ever face. Teams of three plus a driver will conquer Ben Nevis, Helvellyn, Snowdon and Carantouhill and the 1900 miles in between in less than 48 hours. Sign up now for the challenge of a lifetime.

The Ford Ranger Great Lakeland - 7th September 2012

This is your chance to take part in England's toughest tri-sport charity challenge. Teams of three, supported by a driver, canoe England's longest lake, cycle Wrynose and Hardknott, the steepest passes before conquering England's highest peak, Scafell Pike.

The End2End Cycle Challenge - 18th-25th August 2012

Put simply, the ultimate test of endurance and what better way to enjoy the August sunshine than hitting the UK roads on two wheels and cycling from John O'Groats to Land's End. Eight days to cycle more than 850 miles, with support team and all evening meals and accommodation arranged.

While many of you enjoyed a day in the garden or a walk in the park on sunny Sunday 21st April, Wooden Spoon supporters gathered in London to cheer on Spoon's 15 runners who all completed the 26 mile 385 yard course of the 33rd London Marathon.

In its 7th year of running, the landmark Wooden Spoon End 2 End cycle challenge is at risk of being cancelled due to a low level of entrants and we need YOUR HELP!
