Preparations for the 2012 Challenges are well under way with the London Marathon less than 6 months down the line. But are you 'Up for the Challenge?'

Mt Everest reigns majestically over the most impressive mountain massif on the planet, with the Nepal Himalaya boasting ownership of eight of the world's fourteen 8000m summits and on Friday 30th September 10 Wooden Spoon explorers will set off on the challenge of a lifetime, to reach Everest Base Camp to raise money for Wooden Spoon.

On the 17th September, two intrepid Wooden Spoon challengers will be climbing Mt Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. Completely self funded every penny they raise will go to Wooden Spoon, and you can support them!
