Our Chilean wines come from the Colchuga Valley in the temperate Northern region. With the Andes at their back, these wines are perfectly balanced with good fruit and acidity. The Portuguese Dao is made from the grape most normally associated with port, and is rich and gamey, excellent with red meats. The Boland Shiraz adds a peppery bite to complex flavours and the Viognier is a beautifully balanced fresh white, ideal on its own or with white meat.

Our House Champagne is of the highest quality – a real mouthful! The Pouilly Fumé has a lovely gooseberry nose & smoky finish. The Macon Uchizy is a well balanced Chardonnay with real Burgundian pedigree. Tempranillo made by the famous Riscal House of Rioja fame is not to be ignored, and the Cotes du Rhone is a cut above anything you will find from this very special wine growing region.
