| The Hertfordshire region of Spoon benefits from performances of the Kimpton Players! |

 On 22nd February, the Hertfordshire region of Spoon hosted an Old Time Music Hall evening at Kimpton to a completely packed audience. Yearly, the Kimpton Players, made up of local amateur talented people, perform spectacularly and generously donate the ticket proceeds from two evenings ( during the two weeks they perform ) to charities of their choice. The Wooden Spoon have been lucky enough to have been selected again this year ( and before in 2004 ). The Spoon managed to raise over £2500 on the night and were very well entertained....continuing the "fun in fundraising" theme for the region!
