The growth in demand for their services has meant the hospital’s ageing and deteriorating facilities could  no longer sustain the requirements expected of it. The Middlesex committee were absolutely delighted with the successful fundraising for this joint regional and national Spoon project. Wooden Spoon’s aim is to help sustain this hospital. The charity is proud to be involved with the redevelopment of the children’s ward as a national centre of excellence, in particular this Baby Unit.
