| Rory Underwood Visits Acorn Project |

| Rory Underwood and the Worcestershire committee dropped into Acorns Hospice to visit some of the youngsters and see how the monies raised by the committee were being put to use. |

This year, the Worcestershire committee donated £55k to the adolescent unit of this children's hospice. The new space, which included a specialist care area and patio gives teenagers who use the hospice the space and independence they need. The adolescent unit includes five specially equipped bedrooms with a lounge, kitchen, music and TV systems.
