A wonderful covered play area, divided into themed sections for work and play. The rugby world was also represented by Kent RFU, Maidstone RFC and Aylesford Bulls RFC.

John Grundy, Chairman of Wooden Spoon Kent Region announced “Today’s opening was a celebration, Bower Grove was the seventh special needs school that Spoon has been able to assist with much needed projects. Kent Wooden Spoon will continue to have fun while fundraising to assist the lives of disadvantaged children. Spoon has donated £200,000 to projects throughout Kent, and we have three other projects in progress. This would not have been possible without the magnificent support we receive from members and supporters.”
