| The Wooden Spoon Soft Room at the Oakley School in Tonbridge was opened on July 7, 2005 by Kent Region Honorary President Mick Skinner, former player for Harlequins and England.
Before the opening ceremony the pupils entertained the attending Kent Spooners, parents and friends with a wonderful concert designed by the School as a way to say thank you to Spoon for their generous donation. It was a moving and emotional experience for all who attended.
