New Ulster Chairman, Peter Wood, is happy to announce that the Ulster Wooden Spoon Dinner on October 22nd at the Culloden House Hotel is a sell-out with 300 attending. It promises to be a fantastic night and in attendance will be members of the 1948 and 2009 Grand Slam teams. Additionally, to add a bit more pizzazz to the gala event, the Grand Slam and Triple Crown trophies will be on display at the Dinner. This comes at a remarkable time for the region as the IRFU Ulster Branch have made Wooden Spoon their Charity of the Year for the 2009-2010 season. Spoon gratefully thanks them for their generous support.
