Wooden Spoon has been kindly chosen as the benefiting charity to the Manchester Rugby 7s. The local Spoon regions will be working very closely with the tournament organisers leading up to and during the event and the Wooden Spoon Women's team will be participating.

The Manchester Rugby 7s is a new three day rugby and music festival held at Macclesfield Rugby Club. The six tournaments over the weekend include Legends, Ladies and the International Invitation Cup. Expect to see some of the finest players in the world - with teams such as Sale Sharks, Les Bleus (France) and the British Army taking part!

Alongside the world class rugby, there will be a friendly festival atmosphere with fancy dress, camping, live bands, party marquees, kids rugby camp, TV cameras and VIP hospitality. Definitely not a festival to be missed and one all the family can attend!!

Hospitality packages available:

·          Friday Evening hosted by the Wooden Spoon: Hospitality includes supper, an auction and raffle in aid of the Wooden Spoon and grandstand seats for the Legends Cup, where Macclesfield, Sedgley Park, Manchester and the Wooden Spoon will compete in a round robin 10 a-side tournament.
