| In the year of Wooden Spoon’s 25th anniversary it is fitting that Plymouth’s Team Devon also celebrated the 5th anniversary of their much loved and well supported Summer Ball. On Friday 11 July, guests gathered at Plymouth Albion RFC for a night to be remembered.
After enjoying dinner, guests were entertained by the Welsh legend, Ieuan Evans. Since hanging up his boots Ieuan has become a truly inspirational motivational speaker and a witty raconteur. Recovered from Ieuan’s witty delivery, guests danced the night away to the music provided by the very popular ‘Joey the Lips’ band. Guests confirmed the evening had been a great success and that they were looking forward to next year! Many thanks go to all those who supported the evening and helped to make it a real night to remember.
