This is an easy way to help raise funds for Spoon without too much pain or exertion but can potentially be a great deal of fun.

Below we provide for you a few easy steps to follow to ensure the day goes successfully

• Firstly you should ask your boss if you can hold a Dress4Spoon day
• Depending on the nature of your business and the enthusiasm of the staff either organise an ordinary mufti day or choose a theme
• Publicise the details on your internal email system and use the following description of Wooden Spoon to advise friends and colleagues who they are supporting
• On the designated day, ask all those who have participated to donate £1 to Spoon
• You have two ways of donating to Spoon:
         1. Through Justgiving.com: Spoon has set up a page specifically for Dress4Spoon day. If all your donations are
         from individuals then you can enter the total amount here online and Spoon will benefit from Gift Aid.
         2. By cheque accompanied by this donation form. If your company has kindly agreed to match fund the employees donations
         then we would be grateful if you could send Spoon a cheque to the address on the donation form.
