No ALT tag specifiedThanks go to John Saunders, President of Windsor RFC, who has chosen Spoon as his charity for this year.

Barrie Mair, attended a game in April 2008 and had the good fortune to receive a cheque for £350 - the proceeds of their pre-match luncheon. What made this more remarkable was that this donation was on the tail of another cheque for £365 from John’s Birthday party. Thanks very much John!

Pictured above is also a photo of the presentation of Wooden Spoon Life Membership ceremony to Ray and Lin Kays. The couple tragically lost their son in the Bali bombings, but very generously  gave Spoon the proceeds of his memorial rugby match, for which we are very thankful. The family have a long standing commitment to the Rugby community as Ray is also the current President of Berkshire RFU.

Additional donations have been made from the following groups, of which we are very grateful.

Red Prairie £3,000 from their International Management Dinner

Microsoft (Sky Divers)

Geoff Choules (Amersham & Chiltern) £1,000 from his Jazz evening

Frost Estate Agency £6766 split between Middlesex and Chilterns

Sandra Charitable Trust - £3,000 split between Chilterns and Middlesex
