They decided to call upon the inspirational help of chef Dave Baldwin of Baldwins Omega. Baldwins Omega also served as the venue for this great event and the meal featured six different courses – one for each of the "6 Nations". Courses included Welsh Lamb, French Onion Soup and Scottish Cheeses amongst others. The event raised £18,239, which is a result to be proud of. The MC for the evening was comedian Billy Bean who was excellent in his role and hosts the match day entertainment at Manchester United in his day job! Martin Bayfield gave a great speech and there were 220 guests to enjoy the occasion. Bill Reichwald of the Yorkshire committee single-handedly organised the whole thing – a magnificent achievement and Yorkshire Spoon's thanks go to him for his commendable efforts.
