The starter was prepared by Paul Muddiman from the Royal Bath Hotel, the second Course by Lee Bishop from Bournemouth’s West Beach Restaurant, the main course by David Boland from the Bournemouth & Poole College and the dessert by Pierre Chevillard from Barton on Sea’s Pebble Beach Restaurant

Each unique course was complimented by a specially selected wine which went perfectly with the meal and met every expectation! Andy Woodland, general manager of the Haven Hotel, kindly introduced each course and each wine served throughout the meal with panache and expertise. After a wonderful dinner, the evening continued and those who were brave enough to put on their dancing shoes danced the night away to live music by the excellent band, Tequila.

Without a doubt, all those who joined us had a very special and entertaining evening and, most importantly, it was another great success for Wooden Spoon who raised a total  in excess of £70000 for the disabled and disadvantaged children of Dorset & Wiltshire. A big thank you to the Four Chefs for generously nominating Wooden Spoon as their charity to host and benefit from the huge efforts which they made on this auspicious occasion!
