| Ulster Golf Day Starts Cloudy But Ends Sunny! |

| The Ulster Golf Day started out with a cloudy start at the Rockmount Golf Club on 17th May 2007. |

| The course was as usual in excellent condition thanks to Robert Patterson and his staff. Congratulations go to the Zurich Insurance team, represented by Simon Gray, Neil Irwin, Richard Simpson and Billy Taylor - who were also the winners in 2005! They will represent Ulster again at the National Finals in Chepstow in September. Richard Simpson also won the Willie John McBride trophy for the individual winner. After an excellent dinner, guests were entertained by local celebrity, George Jones. Due to a clash of events, the numbers were slightly down on last year, but should make a fundraising total of £2500. Thanks go to Rockmount Golf Club, all our Ulster Spoon supporters and sponsors for a very enjoyable day. |
